Departmental guidance
- 18 FAM 300 identifies design, monitoring, evaluation, and data analysis best practices and establishes requirements to enable the Department to more fully characterize and account for the various ways bureaus and independent offices utilize their resources to achieve bureau, office, and Department-level goals and objectives. Your Public Diplomacy Section may have grants or programs funded or managed by one of these bureaus or offices. In that case, we recommend consulting their guidance before engaging in PD monitoring activities. If you are unsure what guidance applies, please reach out to PD@state.gov for support.
