The Campaign Map

The framework explains the parts of a campaign. This map helps you build one. Start by naming the main obstacle, then add the people and groups who shape the decision.

For each person or group, record where the relationship stands now and what needs to change. The map will show who holds power, who could block progress, and which relationships need more work.
