The Directory shows the full leadership tree and your relationship coverage on the Embassy −1→4 scale. A person can have more than one relationship holder, and the badge shows the strongest relationship. Select + Add holder to record the holder, rating, context, last contact, and next action. Status detail shows confirmation badges, notes, and sources. The tool saves your work in this browser, and the Data ⇅ panel exports it as one file. Select a legend item to hide that group.

The Influence view shows who shapes whom outside the formal reporting lines. An arrow from A to B means that A influences B, while a double arrow means that influence runs both ways. Thicker lines show stronger ties, and larger nodes show people who influence more of the network. The Influence score gives more weight to ties with people who are themselves influential; 100 marks the top score. The Broker score shows who connects otherwise separate people. Select a column heading to sort the table. Select a person to isolate their ties and open their briefing card. Embassy roster members appear in green, and dashed teal lines show the quickest route from the Embassy to someone it does not reach directly. Relationship ratings of 2 or higher create those Embassy links automatically. Use the editor below to add or change other influence ties.

About this demonstration. Every person, ministry, rating, and pursuit is fictional. Freedonia comes from Duck Soup (1933), and the Embassy of Sylvania team is invented. The tool itself works: replace the sample data with a real organization to map relationships, informal influence, opportunities, and next steps.
